The basic Squirrel data logger is small and portable and consists of the CPU and battery pack.
The CPU contains the processor, memory, power connector, display, RS232 serial connection, a pulse input, an 8 bit digital signal input and output connector.
Typically up to eight input modules can be connected to the CPU with the cumulative total of inputs typically limited to 124.
A variable height case, modular in concept, optimises the case size for the number of boards installed. Versions in excess of the typical limits just mentioned can be considered.
