The R400 is a very standardized, versatile robotic pick and place case packer designed to accommodate a wide range of products at very high speeds.
Flexible bags and pouches, semi-rigid and/or rigid trays, tubs, cartons and overwrapped products lay flat or stand- up. The case packer is of stainless steel construction with the robot positioned above the pick belt for washdown applications and ease of access. With the addition of the Twin Head or Twin Robot module, the R400 is capable of even higher throughput. All within the same space saving footprint with a basic frame size of 5’ x 4’-4”.

R400 Top Load Case Packer with Racetrack
The same features as the proven R400. The race track module is in place for packing on edge or heavy shingled product.
