Force Flow Bagging Machine

QWM / Accuweigh Pty Ltd - The force flow bagging machine is a specialised machine for bagging heavy particle products such as mineral sands.

The machine is a net bagging machine. That is, product is weighed separately in a weigh bin before being discharged in to the bag.

Typical Operation of Force Flow Bagging Machine:

The Operator uses the digital indicator to recall the required target weight (setpoint).
The Operator initiates the automatic mode.
The Operator fits a bag to the discharge nozzle and activates the bag clamp.
The weigh bin (internally) begins filling with product until the setpoint is reached.
When the setpoint is reached, the weigh bin is discharged and the product is forced in to the bag using high-speed motion.
The bag clamp releases and the Operator removes the bag.
The process is repeated from step 3.
