The force flow bagging machine is a specialised machine for bagging heavy particle products such as mineral sands.
The machine is a net bagging machine. That is, product is weighed separately in a weigh bin before being discharged in to the bag.
Typical Operation of Force Flow Bagging Machine:
- The Operator uses the digital indicator to recall the required target weight (setpoint).
- The Operator initiates the automatic mode.
- The Operator fits a bag to the discharge nozzle and activates the bag clamp.
- The weigh bin (internally) begins filling with product until the setpoint is reached.
- When the setpoint is reached, the weigh bin is discharged and the product is forced in to the bag using high-speed motion.
- The bag clamp releases and the Operator removes the bag.
- The process is repeated from step 3.
