The new EZI-Change Guide Rail System from Australis Engineering allows the adjustment of guide rails on a conveyor to any size to happen in under 1 minute!
What would previously take hours can now be done in seconds! Traditional adjustable guide rails use a mechanical spring mechinism on each guide rail post, meaning every post on an entire line must be manually changed. Obviously on a large line, something over 100 metres, this could mean hundreds of brackets needing adjusting.
The new EZI-Change system, allows for single point adjustment of an entire line. By way of a control panel, the operator can simply adjust the guide rails to suit any size product to be run on the conveyor. A cheaper manual version is also available which allows for adjustment of smaller lengths (upto 30 metres) from a single point.
The EZI-Change Guide Rail System can also be retro-fitted to any existing conveyor system, meaning reduced downtime on any new or existing conveyor line. And by greatly reducing downtime, the system soon pays for itself with increased production and less man hours.
