Richardson Electronics - Line of RF Industrial pallets based on high voltage RF MOSFETS. The initial release is a 500 Watt RF Pallet at 40.68 MHz. The pallet is designed for Class C operation in the ISM band with enhanced ruggedness and reliability. This pallet can also be paralleled for higher power levels.Technical Notes of Industrial RF Pallets: Low voltage vs. High voltage designs: High Power Systems: (greater than 500 watts) Fewer amplifiers required which reduce system size and cost.
