Inmotion weighbridges are tipped to be the next big thing in the transport, quarrying, and waste management industries with a small site footprint, economical pricing, and as little as +/-1% accuracy over gross vehicle mass. The inmotion weighbridges installed by QWM also have the National Measurement Institute (NMI) Approval, meaning the inmotion weighbridges can be used for trade (for buying and selling product).
QWM has performed a number of inmotion weighbridge installations with impressive results. The weighbridge does not require the vehicle to stop on the weighing platform, but does require the vehicle to cross the weighing platform at a reduced speed of 15km/h (or 5km/h for trade applications).
The weighing platform has a typical capacity of 25t but other capacities are available based on your site's requirements (up to a maximum of 40t capacity).
Inmotion weighbridges will also play an important role for sites in protecting against vehicle overloading, and for law enforcement authorities in identifying overloaded, road-going vehicles. Overloaded vehicle fines represent a significant financial risk for many companies.
