The Linx 6900 continuous ink jet printer is a simple to operate, self-contained package comprising an IP55 (optional IP65) stainless steel enclosure with no dirt traps, making it ideal for washdown or dusty environments.
Designed to ensure minimal intervention is needed from the user, the 6900 features total printhead and conduit autoflush at shutdown, auto power off and mistake proof ink and solvent refilling. These features ensure a clean, quick start-up, even after extended shut-downs.
The intelligent jet control system maintains optimum print quality by automatic monitoring, at the printhead, of printhead temperature, ink drop ‘time of flight’ and ink delivery pressure. This is all done to eliminate the need for manual intervention and for maximum reliability.
Offering up to five lines of text, barcodes and graphics; it is extremely simple to use and requires no adjustments during production. This robust design ensures trouble free operation.
A simple to use keyboard and full colour screen featuring a simple menu structure, provide quick and easy code set-up and editing which helps minimise coding errors. On-screen fluid indicators and compact design with plug-in connectors – for easy set-up and movement between production lines make the 6900 continuous ink jet printer extremely easy to use.
