New Coolube products for hand/bench work

Unist Australia - Unist Coolube now comes in Paste, Solid and Liquid for use on the bench (hand operations), and outperforms every other product you have previously used.

Coolube Fluids 22110 & 2210EP
Coolube 2210/2210EP will not oxidize or polymerize, i.e. become sticky or build up residue. Coolube 2210/2210EP will not stain aluminium, steel or bar stock. It will not normally stain during aluminium heat treating, although testing is recommended. Coolube 2210 is a premium quality vegetable based metal cutting lubricant. It is formulated to work ordinarily with non-ferrous metals.

This polar lubricant is most effective when used sparingly. Coolube 2210 will yield the lowest net manufacturing costs of any fluid. Cost savings will be realised through longer tool life, increased productivity, lower shop maintenance costs, clean chips, clean parts and clean floors. Coolube 2210EP is specifically formulated to provide superior performance on all ferrous metals.

Coolube 2210EP is an environmentally acceptable vegetables oil based lubricant for use with the UNIST Uni-Max line of near dry machining applicators. Coolube 2210EP exhibits superior lubricant properties which allow near dry machining in heavy cutting operations on all CNC, automatic screw, drilling, tapping, milling, turning and hard turning machines.

Coolube Paste 2110
Coolube paste is a blue soft texture cream. It is an extremely cost effective lubricant in single point work e.g. tapping, drilling or reaming. The paste can be brushed onto the work surface or the tool or dipped into the tub. Only a very small amount of the paste is needed to achieve a high quality finish with increased tool life and very little cleanup.

Coolube paste is also ideal for forming and bending, drop hammering, thread cutting and spin forming applications. The use of this high quality paste will provide closer tolerances of parts and extend the diaphragm or the die life.

Coolube Solid 2210
Coolube solid comes is a solid white block suitable for use in such applications as drilling, tapping, reaming, abrasive belts, files, deburring tools, grinding wheels, chisels, circular and band saw blades. Because of its highly lubricating qualities it will improve tool life by reducing heat build up in the belt, disc and wheel grinding operations. You apply the solid to the belt or disc prior to start up.

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available for all Coolube products.

Coolube 2210 / 2210 EP:

• Does not contain any ingredients currently recognised as hazardous by OSHA, IARC, or NIP.
• Is formulated from cosmetic grade raw materials and is entirely worker safe. Will never cause dermatitis.
• Is environmentally safe does not contain any petroleum oil and therefore will not interfere with the waste water discharge.

All Coolube products have the following properties:

• Have fl ash points over 208 degree centigrade (high heat capability)
• Are intended to be applied with UNIST Positive Displacement Dispensers.
• May be used at temperatures to -10° centigrade
