QWM supplies platform scales of any size and any capacity. Our platform scales are built to last! Our design is far superior and far more solid than our competitors' products, enabling our platform scales to resist overloading, deflecting under load, and permanent deflection with sudden shocks. Our platform scales are also hard wearing and tough - making them a great investment.
QWM can supply commonly available single-point loadcell platform scales with capacities ranging up to 600kg x 0.2kg and as either trade approved (able to be used for buying or selling product) or non-trade designs.
For larger capacities and weighing areas, we manufacture our own comprehensive range of platform scales fabricated completely from mild-steel or stainless steel. We use four-shearbeam loadcells (one in each platform corner) for supreme accuracy and stability.
All our manufactured, mild-steel platform scales have a hot-dipped galvanised finish as standard, though we can also produce painted finishes upon request.
Our most common size of manufactured platform scale (and therefore our most economically-priced) is the 1200mm x 1200mm (to suit most pallet sizes), with a capacity of either 3,000kg x 1kg or 1,500kg x 0.5kg. We can manufacture platform scales up to 40t x 0.02t and 6m x 3m. Larger capacities and sizes are possible but tend to be classified as weighbridges rather than platform scales.
