The Quantum QuikSort is a high speed, bi-directional sorter, that is the ideal solution for the sortation of small to medium sized items of varying shapes, sizes, materials and weights, including soft goods. The unit features multiple carrier belts that pass between roller diverters that can divert items either to the left or right side. This makes it possible to have two discharge destinations using the same diverter.
The Quantum MaxiSort is a high speed, bi-directional sorter that is a larger version of the Quantum QuikSort and is the ideal solution for most warehousing requirements. It is capable of sorting small to large sized items of varying shapes, sizes, materials and weights (up to 100 lbs.) including soft goods.
The Quantum Dynamic Merge unit is the ideal solution for consolidating multiple inputs from different areas into a single sortable stream of products.
This is done by monitoring, coordinating, controlling and fitting the items to be fed into gaps in the flow of a single conveyor line.
This induction allows a convenient point for product identification. Now that the items are identified and in a single line, they are ready for automated sortation.
The Quantum Multiple Address Diverter enables items to be accurately diverted/directed to several finite destinations located on either side of the bi-directional diverter. This enables items not only to be sorted to a destination, but also sorted by category at the same destination.
