The Quick-Lift Rail is a clever little lift and balance unit. It takes only 20 grams of effort to lift up to 125kg and operates exactly the same as the Quick-Lift Arm, but with an ability to mount to our Altrac & Gorbel Jibs, Gantry Cranes or Monorails. It can also be mounted onto any other proprietary light crane tracks. Various standard lifting attachments are available. Custom end effectors can also be easily fitted.
How Easy Is This?
With just a feather touch on the patented lift handle and our Quick Lift Arm and Quick Lift Rail units leap into controlled action. Where the hand goes, so the load follow. It is truly the closest thing to the bionic hand since the TV series "Six Million Dollar Man". When the manoeuvre handle is released the lifted product is in balance and can be lifted and lowered for precise positioning without the use of the control handle. The speed is variable up to 0.5m/sec.
