Shrink a Pack Manual Shrink Wrapping system
This budget system is suitable for low volume shrink wrapping and comes in 5 different sizes. It is perfect for departments stores or anywhere where items can be collated for point or sale of promotional merchandising. It comes with a heat gun, film dispenser and sealing bar.
L-Bar Sealers - Manual Shrink Wrapper
This is a basic bench top L-Bar sealer where the product is placed between the centrefolded film and the L-shaped bar is closed down to create a seal. The film is then shrunk through the use of a heat gun, or placed in a shrink tunnel. The standard size is 450mm x 450mm.
All in One Shrink Wrapper
This shrink Wrapper will seal and shrink PVC or Cryovac. This machine has a two fold action as when you put the hood over the product it will seal and shrink the film over the product. When the shrink time is completed it will automatically lift the hood to the open position so the completed package can be removed. The All in One Shrink Wrapper also comes with a take away conveyor as an addition to speed up production.
Semi Automatic Shrink Wrapper PP1622
This shrink wrapper is designed for medium production speeds of 10-20 packages per minute - depending on your package size. This model features a blade for sealing, dual magenetic hold down and a power discharge conveyor with moves the product into the shrink tunnel. The L-Bar also features a pin perforation hole punch to allow air to escape during the shrinking process. The shrink tunnel also features a re-circulating air chamber which allows for a more even shrink over your package.
LSA-504G Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine
This Shrink Wrapping Machine is easily adjustable for products with a sealing dimension of 550mm x 450mm x 180mm (h). It features vertical and horizontal photo eye cells, an adjustable non-adhesive and heat resistant alluminium alloy sealing knife and a closing conveyor device. It is best suited for thin and small products.
Chan Yeh (Tayi Yeh) Automatic Shrink Machine
This automatic L-Bar sealer is manufactured in Taiwan so is great value for money. The biggest diferentiating feature of this product is that the pack is conveyed at the same speed as the film being pulled into the sealing area. The result is that the pack hardly comes into contact with the film and with the hot teflon coated blade you end up with very fast and efficient sealing times.
GP Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine
This automatic sealer and tunnel feeds the product onto a conveyor that then puts it into a centrefolded film and sealing area through the use of electronic eyes. It then stops the conveyor, seals the product, reactivates the conveyor, pulls the next product in whilst pushing the just sealed product into the heat shrink tunnel for shrinking.
Shanklin
The Automatic Shanklin Shrink Wrapping Machine is a side seal wrapper that runs at speeds up to 65 packs per minute. The variable speed conveyors and seal temperatures are controlled through the PLC (controller) via a touch screen control panel - which can store up to 25 settings (product/film recipes). The program setup automatically generates spacings between the products and moves the product into the film continuously. The film is longitudinally side sealed and later cross sealed with a travelling end seal mechanism.
