Symetec - Tunnel ovens are available which will slot into any existing production line, or as stand alone ovens in a plant, shop or restaurant situation.

Being constructed in 2 meter modules, the tunnel oven further offers the flexibility of stacking ovens on top of each other for compactness, and/or adding length to an oven at any time to increase its baking capacity and grow with your business as required.

The Tunnel ovens have a 304 grade Stainless Steel construction, electronic control, 50 recipe memories and independent steam injection further increase the simple appeal of these Eurovens for the small, medium and larger food manufacturer.
 
Cooking directly on stone has been a revival method for several years now and Eurovens provide both Soapstone and Refractory stone for “authentic” cooking of Pizza and Breads.

There is a noticeable quality difference baking on stone as opposed to wire or trays.
