The Scalable Vendor Scheduling module is specifically designed to work with standard Microsoft Dynamics™ AX functionality. It allows organisations to manage their production and purchasing schedules over long periods by validating planned orders based on history of plans and estimates.

Vendor scheduling allows you to plan and manage your purchasing in conjunction with your production schedule. Using Vendor Scheduling allows you to take advantage of bulk purchase and special discounts, whilst receiving the goods as needed.
KEY FEATURES of Vendor Scheduling for Microsoft Dynamics AX:
- Define delivery calendars for suppliers so that plans can be scheduled for specific periods by supplier.
- Estimated orders are categorised according to user definable date ranges. Those orders that are planned in the relatively near future can be automatically firmed and ordered in the system.
- Define shipment pack quantities and shipment multiples, e.g. Shipment quantity of 100 and multiples of 100.
- Produce Vendor Schedules ranged by Vendor, Open Purchase Order and by Items.
- Report on the Vendor Schedule the suppliers’ previous two delivery dates and quantities
