Enmin EHF Hopper Feeders overcome the problem of materials and products flowing from larger storage hoppers.
Metering material or products into bucket elevators or onto conveyor belts is efficiently done with our Electromagnetic Driven Hopper Feeders.
When larger holding capacities are required the head load on the Electromagnetic Drives is critical. To overcome this the EHF Hopper Feeder will accept loads of upwards of 1200 kg capacity. This means that good accumulation or storage capacity is available yet maintaining the accuracy of metering product.
Hoppers can be fitted with support bars where bag unloading is needed and can be provided with dust hoods. An adjustable gate controls the general flow from the hopper and the controller monitors the speed of the Feeder.
Often coupled with one of our EVF/LD Feeders the EHF System can be supplied as a mobile facility giving flexibility in operation. Usually constructed in stainless steel the equipment meets with HACCP standards.
