Enmin Vibratory Tube Conveyors offer a transportation method giving dust and contamination free handling of a wide range of materials.
With distances of up to 7 metres in one section these conveyors can be base mounted or suspended.
Problems associated with screw and belt conveyors such a contamination, dust free handling and high maintenance are totally overcome with Enmin Vibratory Tube Conveyors.
The compact designs can be offered with our Electromagnetic or Electro-mechanical Drives in the under or overhead arrangement.
The Vibratory Tube conveyor will accommodate highly abrasive materials through to powdered food stuffs. Product introduced to the conveyor will be delivered at the exit in the same condition with no degradation or dust being generated.
Being totally enclosed, product can be introduced at one point or via several inlets, Each end of the conveyor is provided with quick release inspection/cleaning ports. Construction may be Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel. Stainless Steel construction is to HACCP requirements.
A standard range or conveyors are provided with custom designs available to suit specific applications.
