Here's an overview of our line:
UniJet® Spray Nozzles
The UniJet spray nozzle system allows for quick and easy spray tip replacement. Spray tips can be removed by simply unscrewing the existing retainer cap, removing the existing spray tip by hand and installing the new tip.
There's no need to replace the nozzle body. UniJet spray nozzles are available in many different styles complete with strainer, check valve, jet stabilizer, adapter, plate, fitting, mounting and cap options.
QuickJet® Spray Nozzles
Our QuickJet nozzle is designed to save time in the cleaning and replacement of plugged or worn spray tips. Spray tip removal is done by hand – no need for tools. All it takes is a quick quarter-turn of the wrist to change tips.
The nozzle also features self-ramping for quick turn-to-lock installation, a machined stop for accurate spray alignment and a seal that remains attached to the spray tip to prevent accidental loss.
QuickJet nozzles are available with standard threaded connections in stainless steel, brass, ProMax® and PVDF. Split-eyelet and adjustable ball fitting nozzle bodies and spray tips are also available.
Clip-Eyelet® Nozzles
Clip-Eyelet nozzle assemblies simply clamp onto an existing header. The nozzle tip is then installed, aligned and secured by twisting the cap. A swivel-type ball nozzle body allows you to quickly and accurately change the direction of the spray without disturbing the pipe connection.
With up to 54° of adjustability, you can finely tune the spray alignment to minimize overspray. Available in single clamp and double clamp options.
ProMax QuickJet Clip-Eyelet Nozzles
ProMax QuickJet Clip-Eyelet nozzle assemblies combine a "snap-on" clamp pipe connection with easy-to-install and replace winged ProMax spray tips. A swivel-type ball nozzle body allows you to quickly and accurately change the direction of the spray without disturbing the pipe connection.
With up to 56° of adjustability, you can finely tune the spray alignment to minimize overspray.
