Design of standard side members is subject to geographical location and wind loads. The Redispan gallery has a computer design program inclusive of Finite Element Analysis facility.

Being a pre-engineered system, Redispan purchasing and manufacture can commence immediately upon receipt of an order, allowing rapid production ramp up and adherence to short development program time. Final design requirements of belt line, trestle location etc. have minimal effect on standard, gallery module production, and can therefore occur later in the schedule.

The mechanised Redispan costing system permits presentation of prompt budget estimates.

The Redispan system offers to the ned user, environmetal protection features previously not available or cost prohibitive, and availing market expansion as responsible mine operators, and developers, recognise the substantial benefits of reduced site risk and the myriad operational advantages, in Environmental Sensitive Applications.
