SHINKO controllers available from WIKA Australia
SHINKO temperature controllers are now available through WIKA Australia.
WIKA is a renown manufacturer of pressure and temperature instruments, and is now able to supply the standard range of SHINKO controllers to complement the WIKA range of thermocouple and RTD sensors.
The range includes auto-tuning PID panel-mount controllers for displaying, controlling and monitoring of temperatures.
The controllers have a multi-function input: ie the input configuration is adjustable. Therefore the flexibility of the controllers is significantly increased and stock-keeping is simplified. An alarm output for process value monitoring is also available as standard.
The control parameters can be manually set over wide ranges, or the auto-tuning function can be activated, which makes it easier to set the ideal control parameters.
The control output options include relay contact (standard), 12VDC logic switching for driving an external solid-state relay (for fast controls and high current loads), or analogue current signal 4-20mA.
Additional options include a second alarm output for process value and control loop monitoring, a heater burnout alarm for supervising the manipulated variable, and a loop-break alarm for supervising the signal input.
