SIKA Digital Reference Gauge Model P

A compact design, cost-effectiveness and flexible application characterise the type P pressure reference gauge. The onsite version (80 x 80 x 48mm) is very compact and can be used when space saving pressure measuring and data visualisation is required.

The front dimensions of the panel mounting version are 100 x 100mm with a maximum installation depth of 92mm. Both versions are supplied with a robust IP65 rated aluminium casing with a G 1/2" male thread to ensure direct process connection.

The set up of the gauge is surprisingly simple, due to the intuitive and convenient operation - and plant status is always clearly visible. The large LCD display guarantees clear menu navigation and display values.

The integrated sensor measures the pressure from vacuum up to 2000 bar and the current value is displayed precisely; accuracies of 0.1% and 0.05% are available. Even the pressure units can be selected depending on the actual application. The pressure can be displayed in bar, mbar, PSI, kPa or MPa. The display speed can be set by calculating the filter value and the mean value. The clearly arranged operating concept ensures simple setting of all the functions.

The switching point settings are via the keyboard. Alarm and control functions are realised via the integrated relays. The desired monitoring functions can be set via the programmable min., max. and hysteresis functions. LEDs display and highlight the actual switching status.

A programmable analogue output for current 4...20mA or voltage 0...10V is available for further processing of the measured pressure value. Setting occurs via the function keys, Scaling of the output signal to the respective pressure area is carried out via two parameters. The external power supply is 18... 26 VDC

The electrical connection for all signals is via a 25-pole sub-D connector at the rear of the instrument.

A serial RS 232 C interface is available for connection to a PC as standard. Configuration and read-out software ensure that all the parameters can be set via remote function. The logger function enables the measured value to be saved and displayed: and can be exported to Excel.
