Sanitary RTD with M12 Connector

ECEFast introduces a new concept in temperature measurement for food and pharmaceutical manufacturing applications. Eliminating the SS connection head improves sealing from IP65 to IP67, saves cost and is material efficient. Electrical connection uses industry standard M12 4 pole connectors moulded into silicon rubber cables.

Process connection and sensor profile can suit your plant standard, but the thermowell is fitted with a stainless steel collett which grips the RTD element "insert". The insert may be 3, 4.5 or 6mm diameter and is Class A Pt100, and each sensor has its zero resistance etched on the plug. Installation and connection are instantaneous, calibration procedure is a breeze, and if damaged, you only replace this low cost element.

The Plugin - Plugout transmitter is PC programmable using our standard PR electronics interface and calibration records are stored by transmitter serial number. Resolution on A/D is 16 bit and accuracy is 0.3C.
