Scotch-Brite Clean and Strip XT-DC Discs are constructed from a tough non-woven nylon web impregnated with silicon carbide mineral and bonded together with a phenolic resin. On one side of the disc is a fibreglass depressed centre plate for attachment to angle grinders.
