The TIG CHAMP BRUSH DC Plus has a unique high power positive current with a fluctuating wave which is the underpinning technology that makes the TIG CHAMP Brush DC Plus extremely fast.

This unique DC wave form not only improves the speed of weld cleaning but the DC current delivers a more corrosion resistant and reflective finish and reduces the weld contamination risk of an AC current used on other electrochemical machines.

Furthermore the TIG CHAMP BRUSH DC Plus can deliver more amperes and on its DC current so as much as 50% more the DC cleaning speed of other brush conductive cleaning systems.
The TIG CHAMP BRUSH DC Plus has larger and more fibre dense brushes which also improve speed and importantly, can reduce the micro pitting problems that AC current and increased wattage can create.
