Bestech offers an excellent choice of metal foil strain gauges and high gauge factor semiconductor strain gauges, most available ex-stock. A range of accessories like bondable resistors, adhesives, coatings and sealants are also available. A very wide range of Load Cells including tension-compression, S-type, shear, pancake, load washers, fatigue rated and multi-axis are available. Bestech also offers static and rotary torque transducers that can be used for speeds up to 37,000 RPM.

Our well priced array of pressure transducers and transmitters include OEM, submersible, miniature, melt pressure, differential, absolute, switches, digital gauges, dead weight testers and other pressure calibration equipment. The pressure sensors can be customised to suit your application.

Low-Cost Single Axis Analog Accelerometer
The model 2012 accelerometer is a low-cost single axis accelerometer for measuring accelerations from ±2g to ±400g in commercial/industrial environments. It is tailored for zero to medium frequency instrumentation applications. The accelerometer contains a hermetically sealed micromachined capacitive sense element, a custom integrated circuit sense amplifier, and differential output stages. It is relatively insensitive to temperature changes and gradients and the case is easy to mount.

Bestech Australia introduces XA3001 series of tri-axial accelerometers from FGP, France. This tri-axial accelerometer is designed specifically for the needs of Auto racing teams. With its standard footprints and its compact size the XA3001 is suitable for even the most restricted access applications around the vehicle and allows tri-axial measuring with a different frequency range for each direction.

Bestech Australia offers 8 to 16 channel strain bridge amplifier which has 16 bit resolution and can do 200k samples/second. The integrated A/D converter has 16 channels and 8 digital I/O channels, which can be connected with a 37 pole Sub-D Plug. In addition it can measure resistance, which is handy for trouble shooting strain gauge installation.

Digital Indicator - TD91B
Bestech introduces TD-91B, an instrumentation digital indicator for measuring load, displacement, pressure and other strain gauge based transducers. This digital indicator has an LED display with 20mm in character height and Jog Dial to offer excellent operability. Jog dials are used in these digital displays to select menus and to set High and Low Limit values.

Smart Dynamic Strain Recorder
Bestech Australia has introduced a compact flash storage type dynamic strain recorder DC-204R and DC-204Ra featuring an ultra-small size to measure strain, DC voltage and thermocouples. The DC-204Ra has waveform analog output (±5V) available with external recorder, indicator or automotive ECU. The DC-204 strain recorder has 10kHz frequency response, and 200kHz sampling. The measured data is simultaneously stored in maximum 2GB CF card as measurement.

Multi-channel Data Acquisition System - TMR 200
Bestech Australia has introduced TMR 200 from TML, Japan. It is a compact multi-channel data acquisition system offering easy combination of various sensor inputs according to measurement purpose. A high speed sampling of 100kHz per channel is possible and sensor input units include input/output for strain, voltage, temperature, etc. Digital input/output unit for CAN, VOICE/ GPS and a Telemeter interface unit is also available.

LVDT Signal Conditioner
Bestech Australia has introduced LVC-2500, a single channel signal conditioner that operates on 10-30 VDC power to support standard LVDT, RVDT, and VRT half-bridge sensors. It has been designed for use in 24V systems with PLCs and mini-PLCs, or in 12V mobile and vehicular testing systems. It offers a choice of three analog outputs of 0 to ±10 V DC, 0 to 10 V DC or 4 to 20 mA.

Bestech introduces laser-line profile sensor, scanCONTROL 2800/281from Micro-Epsilon Germany. Along with distance information (z-axis), the controller also calculates the true position along the laser line (x-axis) from the camera image and outputs both values in the sensor's two-dimensional coordinate system. A moving object or a scanning sensor will generate a three dimensional representation of the object.

High Accuracy Linear Laser Displacement Measurement
ILD 1700 is a compact CCD-laser displacement sensor with highest resolution, repeatability and accuracy in its class. The Real Time Surface Compensation (RTSC) allows this laser displacement sensors system to adapt even to changing and difficult surfaces like bare metals, black rubber and shiny painted surfaces. Double Range Load Cell - FN7110 / FN7236 Series
Bestech Australia presents the FN7110/FN7236 series double range load cells, from FGP Sensors and Instrumentation. It features high accuracy measurement channels in two ranges in the same load cell. The standard ratio between ranges is 1 to 10, from as low as 0-10N and 0-100N in the FN7110 to 0-2kN and 0-20kN in the FN7236. These load cells can measure tension and compression to within 0.1% of the full scale range, even in the first 10% of that range.
