Type 316 Stainless Steel Super Air Knife Resists Corrosion

The high volume, high velocity airstream is ideal for blocking harmful vapours and fumes on plating operations, blowing corrosive chemicals off parts, drying pharmaceutical products, and cooling hot materials such as molten glass, castings and moulded parts.

The Type 316 Stainless Steel Super Air Knife ejects a small amount of compressed air through a thin slotted nozzle.  This uniform sheet of high velocity air immediately pulls in surrounding room air and amplifies it at a ratio of 40:1. 

Air consumption is 1/3 that of typical blowoffs and the noise level is extremely quiet at 69dBA.  It can withstand temperatures up to 427°C and has no moving parts to wear out.  Compressed air inlets are located on each end and the bottom for easy hookup.

The Type 316 Stainless Steel Super Air Knife can be mounted end-to-end without dead spots and is perfect for mounting in tight places.  There are many stock lengths available from 3" (76mm) to 54" (1372mm).  Special lengths and unlimited system lengths are available on special order.
