Ultrahawke Concrete Deck Weighbridge for Vic quarry

Above-ground, Concrete Deck Weighbridges are the most cost effective Weighbridge type to install but also have the largest foot-print due to the long ramps required to provide truck access to the concrete weighing deck.

This weighbridge is fitted with the latest Flintec RC3D digital weighbridge load cells which generate the weight readings internally as opposed to analog load cells which required a Digital Weight Indicator to convert analog voltages into a digital weight reading.

Concrete Deck Weighbridges are better suited for heavy duty weighing applications due to the immense strength the reinforced concrete adds to the weighbridge’s structural integrity. 

Unlike lightweight steel deck weighbridges which usually sag under heavy vehicle loads, a Concrete Deck Weighbridge is better able to cope with high traffic volumes of heavily laden vehicles.

The heavy concrete weighbridge deck also makes for a more stable weighing platform as the Flintec pendle type load cells are fully self-restoring under load which minimises weighbridge deck movements.

All Weighbridge steelwork is fully hot dip galvanised for superior corrosion resistance when used in external environments.
