Universal Lockout Device for Fuse Holders - UFL - 2
One size will lock out most types and size of Fuse Holders.
UFL-2 Lockout Devices helps to prevent un-intended insertion of fuse Links into Fuse Holders.
Quick and Easy to Use
Slide on and tighten the set screw with a small screw driver (3-5mm).
Insert padlock through provided hole, to prevent access to set screw. Attach Danger Tag.
Padlock hole: 8mm
