WIKA Pressure Transmitter Model MHS-1
The WIKA MHS-1 is the first pressure transmitter to offer features demanded in the new EC Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and the safety standards ISO 13849-1 (Performance Level -PL) and alternatively IEC 61508 (safety Integrity Level - SIL) which become affective at the end of 2009.
The essential product features are the redundant pressure measurement, signal processing and the 2 independent 4 to 20mA output signals (2channel) in one device. This product is designed for customers of mobile hydraulics with safety critical applications.
With a high Ingress protection of IP67K, a robust housing made of stainless steel and the metal M12 plug, the MHS-1 is designed for extreme and rough conditions in mobile hydraulics.
Transmitters are designed and built to customers requirements providing an ideal solution to a difficult safety issue.
