Weighbridge For Transwaste Waste Treatment Facility

The weighbridge is mounted in a shallow pit with the weighbridge deck at ground level for easy truck access.

To eliminate delays when servicing the weighbridge load cells or cleaning the shallow weighbridge pit, Ultrahawke fitted small access hatches next to each weighbridge load cell to eliminate the requirement for restricted space permits.

The single deck weighbridge measures 18m x 3.5m with a 60,000kg weighing capacity using 6 x Flintec RC3 weighbridge load cells manufactured in stainless steel to IP68 rating. A single Rinstrum 5000 digital weight indicator is used to generate trade weight readings.
