Truly endless wire reinforced polyurethane timing belts in the following pitches-T2.5, T5, T10, T5DL, T10DL, AT5, AT10, MXL, XL and L in standard industry sizes. These are stocked in sleeves and cut to your specific width requirement.

Open length timing belt for linear applications or it can be welded to any length required available in the following pitches- T5, T10, T20, AT5, AT5HP, AT5HPF, AT10, AT10HP, AT10HPF, AT20, AT20HP, XL, L, H, XH, MTD5M, MTD8M, MTD14M, TG10, ATG10, HG, P1 and P2. Megalinear can also be supplied with special constructions such as polyurethane covers and low friction nylon fabric on the back or teeth, moulded longitudinal profiles are available for precise tracking and positional accuracy.

Megaflex belts are truly endless timing belts manufactured to size with a continuous steel cord. They are suitable for power transmission and high speed severe conveying with high loads. They are available in L, H, XH, T5, T10, T20, AT5, AT10 and AT20 up to 9600 mm long. They can also be made with special considerations such as fabric on the teeth or back special coatings on the belt and finished with client specific grinding or perforations

Megarib belts are moulded in polyurethane with a polyester cord and are available in the following sizes- TB2, J and H sections. Megarib SE belts are also available which incorporate a semi elastic cord for fixed center drives to reduce vibration and noise.

All the above belts can be offered with special coatings depending on the application of the belt. These include Neoprene, Linatex and Tenax rubber, Polyurethane and PVC coatings, sponges and silicones, special shaped grindings and perforations, and lugs and cleats in hundreds of configurations for specific tasks.
