3M GRINDING DISCS
3M's range of grinding discs are available in both rigid and flexible formats.
The flexible range is designed to reduce vibration and give the the operator more feel for the workpiece.
This extensive range incorporates Type A products for mild steel and other general grinding, the Type WA and Green Corps products are for the specialised metal fabricator where superior quality and iron-free products are required.
Scotch-Brite Bristle Products
Scotch-Brite Bristle products are flexible and conform to irregular surfaces. Constructed of our “self-sharpening” Cubitron mineral, you can expect a consistent finish even on the most complex parts.
To help you meet increasingly stringent safety standards, Scotch-Brite Bristle products contain no wire filaments; furthermore, when replacing chemicals or compounds, they have the added benefit of not emitting harmful vapours.
Similar to that of belts, the range of Scotch-Brite surface conditioning discs are constructed of an abrasive-filled, non-woven web that is used worldwide for all applications from blending to polishing. They are often used in place of conventional abrasives due to the productivity gains
associated with a more consistent, higher quality finish.
Further efficiency and safety benefits are realised when incorporating the NEW Centre-Pin attachment system.
Scotch-Brite Clean and Strip
When 3M first invented Clean and Strip, it revolutionised the cleaning application in the metal fabrication industry.
Not only did it remove the need for harmful chemicals, it allowed workpieces to be cleaned quickly and easily without damage to the base material. Not satisfied here, 3M improved this product category by adding the more rigid and aggressive XT purple products to the family.
This, quite simply, meant a better result for you and your customers.3M Revolutionary NEW Abrasive-Scotch-Brite Clean & Strip XT-DC PURPLE Disk.
