The challenge given to Netsuite was Bluewire Media's need for a comprehensive and scalable system that would last them for at least the next 5 to 10 years.

The company required a system that would enable them to manage daily processes closely, and to follow all activity history: from initial contact to current transaction.

NetSuite allowed Bluewire Media to store all critical business information in one secure place that can be remotely accessed and easily customized
