Ennio Netted Casing™ can be used as a shirred stick or in single units directly into a filler. It allows for high-speed production on automated machinery, while achieving an appetising hand-made look.
Many kinds of casings can be used including fibrous, smoke lined fibrous and all plastic casings. These casings can also be provided with pre-sticking, if required.
