The Certificate IV is aimed at employees who are working in environmental area of responsibility in an organisation. Typically this is undertaken by those working in the field.

There are no formal pre-requisites for this course. However successful candidates typically enter the course with significant industrial experience and an ability to utilise written and verbal information.
Course objectives and outcomes
This course provides the practical knowledge to manage environmental issues in the field.
Graduates will have the ability to act on information from a range of sources within the environmental management field as well as being able to implement and monitor plans and workplace adherence to company standards.
Graduates are capable of identifying environmental non-conformance and taking action to eliminate the issue and reduce risk.
Graduates of the Certificate IV in Environmental Management will have practical and theoretical knowledge of environmental management.
The course is restricted to a maximum of 20 participants on each course.
This course is delivered as a five day face-to-face classroom delivery. A work related major assignment is required for completion of the Qualification.
The course is currently available in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. In addition, the course can be delivered to an organisation at their own location or in another locality based on demand.
Assessments are conducted throughout the classroom delivery. The major assignment is work-related and is expected to be applied in the workplace.
This is a nationally accredited course.
RPL is available on application.
The cost of the course is $4250. The course is GST free.
