We can even provide a completely hands-off manufacture approach, taking your design file and providing you with an assembled version of your product.
It all starts with your electronics design.
We process the design, perform manufacturability checks to ensure that there are no risks with the design, and begin the manufacture process. If required or requested, we can also provide advice on how to improve the manufacturability of the design for prototypes, or for mass production.
Using our suppliers, we source PCBs and electronic components for you based on your design. We then assemble the boards to industry standards, and clean contaminants from the board.
Following assembly, we can fit the electronics into custom enclosures manufactured in-house, or provide coatings and encapsulations for the assemblies to improve their long-term robustness, whether on a desk or in the field.
We then ship a completed prototype to you, ready to use.
If you only require component sourcing or soldering, then we are also happy to try and accommodate your requirements.
