Production of Compression Springs

We have a wide range of options to supply you with your finished product as below Prototypes or breakdown requirements. These requirements shall be produced in a product development area; this area is completely set up for product development and breakdown requirements. The production volume for this area ranges between 1 to 50 parts as required.

Low to high volume production requirements

The function of this area is to supply products of a volume of 50 parts and upwards. We have production capability to supply up to and over 1,000,000 parts per day of certain products.

Wire Diameter

In the production of compression springs we have the ability to supply a large range of products that fall within the standard wire sizes range which shall start at .15mm and go all the way up to 70mm in material thickness. The supply of these products shall relate to the material stock level at the time of order placement.

Material Type

The most common materials used in the production of springs are spring steels. This does come in a range of grades all depending on your product requirements. This shall be looked into further after reviewing your drawing or sample provided.
