We will discuss your aims for the project with you and we usually recommend that you proceed with a phased project, where you will get some functionality and once this has started to show you some return we will then continue with some more functionality.
At the start of your project we will work with you to agree a timeline which will take into consideration how much time your key people have available. If preferred, much of the implementation work can be done remotely rather than in your office.
We strongly recommend that your project includes training for your users. This will include training in doing their job supported by CRM, usually immediately before your go-live, and may also include top up training or standard training for key people so that they are better able to see where CRM most adds value to your business.
