With its high-tech TP6-TP9 Hydraulic Turret Punch Press; DURMA has embarked on the productive punching are with long term durability and affordable purchase price. DURMA Turret Punch Press offers you more profitable production capacities in market place by; low machining cost, reliability, high speed, precision, high quality forming and robust body frame.

Introducing the Durma high speed Turret Punch.  The TP6 and TP9 are your ultimate productivity partners for flat sheet and formed part production.

Built to the same exceptional standards as all Durma equipment, the TP Series punch presses represent excellent value for money, ultra high speed and consistent, efficient operation.

The TP series feature punching head stroke rates of 900 spm for punching and 1800 per minute for marking.  Stroke speed and travel are fully programmable.  Positioning speeds up to 121 m/min with 1G acceleration is standard.

The robust O-Portal style body structure has been designed using finite element analysis to thoroughly minimise openings, twist, deflection and frame shift.  Each frame is stress relieved prior to and after the fabrication for optimum dimensional stability.  The result is a frame that keeps vibration to a minimum, allowing greater precision in punching, reducing tool wear and lowering noise levels.

In a strategic alliance with Siemens, Durma fit the latest Sinumerik 840 DI controller mounted on a mobile control panel.  Integrated online help assists with visual depictions of any function faults.  The control ensures that optimal acceleration values can be attained at every stage of machining, depending on the actual masses that need to be moved.

Variable dwell time at the bottom of stroke provides high quality, press brake like forming, often eliminating secondary processed.  Electronic adjustment simplifies setup of progressive forms, flanges and embossments.

Advanced ram positioning by closed loop Hartmann Lammle hydraulics and table axis drive by Siemens servo motors gives ± 0.1mm positioning accuracy and 0.05mm repeatability.  Incremental angle positioning to 0,02º is provided by extremely accurate bevel gears.

“Metalix CNC CAD” software, including sophisticated auto nesting is provided with each machine giving a total turn-key solution.

Further enhancements for major productivity boosts can be fitted, one such example is the automatic Loading and Unloading system.  Totally in-house designed and built by Durma.  Allowing the owner to load up 3000kgs of sheets and walk away whilst the machine works, operator free.

Available in up to 2500mm long x 1250 wide, the Auto-Loader represents the next step in your production capabilities.
