5. Who is on your management team?

Director of Operations

Director of Operations is responsible for the monitoring and control of the site activities of the company. This includes liaising with the Operations Manager and Clients to ensure that the services provided meet Clients expectations in every way. They will liaise to ensure that the objectives and requirements of the Operations Manager/Supervisors are being met.

Director of Sales and Marketing

Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the overall Management of the Company, including ensuring the quality management system operates effectively, they has the prime responsibilities for ensuring that the companies sales and marketing targets are being met.

Operations Managers

Our Operations Managers are responsible for the direct supervision of the cleaning and associated activity that will be held on sites. Managers will also liaise with the compliance officer to ensure that the objectives and requirements of the quality management systems are being met.

General Manager of Client Services

The General Manager of Client Services is responsible for the overall Sales & Business Development of the company. He or She comes to GPS with strong sales & Account Management skills with his empathizes in building strong business relationships with his clients and developing client specific solutions.

Business Development Manager

The BDM is the driving force behind GPS branching into exciting new areas of opportunities. As the BDM focuses strongly on developing new business opportunities and identifying areas of growth for GPS to capitalise.

Site Supervisors

Site Supervisors are responsible for the control and monitoring of cleaning and associated activities, daily inspections to review work of staff member in accordance with tasks and frequencies. The Site Supervisors will liaise with and support the Operations Manager to ensure that the objectives and requirements of the quality management systems are being achieved. One will be designated for each site that requires multiple staff.

Client Relationship Manager

The CRM is responsible for the start up plan and is committed to all new Clients and building requirements from start to finish for a period of 3 weeks to ensure Company quality standards are being met and the contractual obligations to the Client is fulfilled to their satisfaction.

Sales Assistant

The sales assistant performs a significant role in supporting the sales department, he or she ensures all sales material is updated and easily accessible.

Procurement Officer

The Procurement Officer is responsible to ensure our Procurement procedures are adhered to and any changes in Government Legislation are followed and implemented nationally. They are also responsible for initial screening of any new cleaning staff to our business and ensures all the required employment documentation is completed, including our internal "Code of Conduct" and any site specific inductions are completed and signed by the staff member accordingly.

Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable is responsible for the maintenance of all accounting records as well as the preparation of budgetary and reporting data required by management at times, he also takes care of payroll ensuring all regulations are met. Accounts Payable also communicates and supports the administration department to ensure that the objectives and requirements of the quality management systems are achieved.
