The Enmin Biscuit Stacking System has been successfully employed by both local and overseas manufacturers of biscuits for the snack food industry. Overcoming issues with imported equipment the Enmin Systems is manufactured to HACCP standards.
Accepting biscuits from the baking process, a special elevating conveyor is fed from an Enmin Vibratory Hopper Feeder that accurately meters the biscuits into the system. From the elevator product is delivered to the Vibratory Screening station where broken or undersized as well as biscuit pieces are removed.
The rejected portion is transfered to a contained collection point to avoid spillage. The Vibratory Screening station has a quick release facility for removal of the screen deck to assist in cleaning down.
From the Vibratory Screening station the biscuits are automatically aligned into up to 10 tracks in the Vibratory Alignment and Feeding section. This equipment ensures that the biscuits are streamlined and separated with no overlapping.
Biscuits are then introduced into the Vibratory Penny Stacking station where, using the power of Vibration Conveying combined with Gentle Handling the biscuits are caused to be elevated into a vertical stacked position.
Since the stack is live, operators can easily remove a selected volume of biscuits without damage or where robotics are employed the gripper plates will slide between the selected biscuit pack for removal. In some systems the bisuits may be transported into vertical tubes for snack packs or for creaming operations.
Constructed in 304 stainless steel the Enmin Biscuit Stacking System is supplied with complete electrical controls that can be interfaced with plant equipment.
