IDA4 Level Controller

The IDA4 level Controller has four set point relays with changeover contacts and 99% dead-band, is powered from 85 to 265VAC or 18 to 40VDC with a 8 digit display and is supplied in a din rail enclosure.

Input Details

The instrument has a 16 bit bipolar differential input. To realise the accuracy a temperature compensated band gap reference is used in the ratio metric measurement system. The standard instrument is set for 4-20mA and 0-10VDC operation and can have units from 0 60,000. Other ranges are available. Please consult factory.

Outputs

Four switch point relays are provided with form C (changeover) contacts rated at five (5) amperes 240VAC resistive.
Each output can be configured as active high, active low with hysteresis or control alarm [output configured to be active between high and low set points].

Communication

The IDA4 has Bluetooth or RS485 using Modbus RTU protocol communication

Display

The IDA4 has a 6 digit 10mm character height high contrast Blue (OLED) display with a viewing distance of 3 metres.

Decimal Point

The decimal point position is programmed from the front panel.

Environmental Parameters

0-70 degrees Celsius and 0-90% rh non-condensing.
