• The metallurgical bond allows LaserBond applied layers to be used in high impact and other heavily loaded situations. With this welded bond, we can guarantee a LaserBond layer will not come off.
• The controlled energy minimises the undesirable thermal decomposition of hard phases such as carbides, resulting in superior wear resistance.
• Due to the extremely low dilution with the substrate, high performance surfaces can be applied in a thin layer.
