Odour Neutralizing Vapor System

Our most versatile odour control system for operation in freezing or high humidity conditions.


For permanent installation along property boundaries of landfills, compost sites, sludge drying beds, soil remediation sites, around lagoons and ponds etc.

The system draws in large volumes of air where a lobe blower pressurises it to 1.5 PSI. Piian Odour Neutralizer is then vaporised into the air stream. The odour neutralizing vapor is blown into long distribution manifolds. The distribution manifolds have small holes drilled along their length. The odor neutralizing vapour is blown out through the holes and into the environment.

The distribution manifolds are built using common plastic piping material such as HDPE, cPVC, ABS etc in either 3", 4" or 6" diameters according to the size of the system. The distribution manifolds are installed along property perimeters to form a barrier between the source of the odour and the odour complaint. Odours leaving the property perimeter must pass through the barrier and will be destroyed by the odour neutralizer. A single barrier can be as long as 3000FT for our largest system, multiple systems are used to span longer distances.
