The spring season has witnessed a number of our clients getting their pools ready for summer using our DIY (Do it Yourself) kit.
Hoping for fine weather conditions, Jason, a resident of Camden, in the south of Sydney, carried out his DIY project on weekends. It wasn't easy for him to restore his marblesheen pool, as it needed a lot of work before he could actually start painting.
"It didn't take him too long to get his marblesheen pool ready with proper advice and suggestions from us at the right time whenever he needed it," explained a company spokesman.
Manuel, a resident of Blakehurst, in Sydney, also carried out the DIY project to restore his marblesheen pool. According to Manuel, "with accurate planning, and the amount of time I put in, I got the best possible outcome."
Manuel kept in touch with Hitchins Technologies throughout the project, asking many questions regarding the various stages of preparation and painting. The result was a magnificent pool with the exact colour of his choice.
In restoring his pool, Manuel only used a high quality water blaster (Karcher) to remove surface debris and the black patches of algae that were present. After applying the algaecide wash, he water-blasted again but used a detergent mixture, attached to his power hose. This careful planning ahead helped him save time and effort.
