CINTELLLATE guide Users through the process of performing a Job Hazard Analysis/Job Safety Analysis and the result of the analysis is recorded at each step in the process.
The specific process can be configured to meet your specific requirements, but most organizations start by focusing on each step of the job tasks and then identifying the hazards present, addressing controls in use, and through the Action Management process , add additional control measures to reduce or eliminate hazards at each step.
The JHA can then be integrated with your Behavioral-based Safety process and used as a guideline for conducting Behavioral-based Safety Observations as well as integrated with Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Training Manuals, Incident/Event Investigations, and Pre-job Safety Meetings (i.e. Tail-Gate Meetings).
A review date can be assigned to each JHA so that a reminder is automatically generated to review the document at prescribed intervals and escalation can be triggered should the review remain incomplete beyond the due date
