We supply a large range of tension springs with the range of manufacturing equipment available, with a large variety of ends such as single hooks, double hooks, extended hooks, hooks on the side, swivel hooks, etc. the hooks again relates back to the function and the design of the product

Production of Tension Springs

We have a wide range of options to supply you with your finished product as below Prototypes or breakdown requirements. These requirements shall be produced in a product development area; this area is completely set up for product development and breakdown requirements. The production volume for this area ranges between 1 to 50 parts as required.

Low to high volume production requirements

The function of this area is to supply products of a volume of 50 parts and upwards. We have production capability to supply up to and over 1,000,000 parts per day of certain products.

Material Type

The most common materials used in the production of springs are spring steels. This does come in a range of grades all depending on your product requirements. This shall be looked into further after reviewing your drawing or sample provided.

Stainless steel grades 304 and 316 shall be stock lines and other grades shall be sourced if required. We also have a large range of other material types available. If your material requirement is not in the stock range, the product shall then be sourced if available.

Surface Finish Requirements

We shall manage and supply all products to your surface finish requirements. We can cover a large range of surface finish.
