The Air Trolley accommodates up to two 9.0 litre compressed air cylinders in 200 Bar or 300 Bar. It is fitted with non-return valves; bleed valves in the high pressure hoses and pressure reducing valves with high pressure and medium pressure gauges; a warning whistle; and a pressure relief valve.
The Siebe Gorman Air Trolley can be used in conjunction with compressed air cylinders, a factory airline system or portable air compressor. It comes standard with a 2 metre air supply hose for connection to external air sources.
The Air Trolley Frame:
This is made from epoxy coated tubular steel in black. The frame supports both a single drum standard or a double drum is optional.
Thermoplastic for general use or rubber "anti-static" hoses in a variety of couplings and fittings are available. Hoses come in 5mt, 10mt, 30mt or 60mt lengths, which may be combined to provide the desired length (eg. can be assembled in combinations of up to 90mts). A 2 metre rubber air supply hose is fitted to the reducer so the Air Trolley may be directly connected to a supply of breathable air.
Cylinders and valves:
The AT-BA-MK3-DS4 has two 9.0 litre carbon composite cylinders in either 200 or 300 bar capacities. The unique Siebe Gorman Cylinder Valve comes in brass or aluminium options. The cylinder valve incorporates an integral pressure gauge, burst disc, anti-rust tube, anti- locking composite handwheel and is certified and approved to EN144-1.
The Diktron Alarm is to monitor the level of pressure in the compressed airline. It has an audible and visual alarm built in that provides the indication as to whether the compressed air pressure is above or below the pre-determined level.
