Using new high accuracy online densitometers and sound velocity monitors, the new COBRIX3 multibev provides online measurement of Brix, %Diet, CO2-concentration, alcohol, extract, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, temperature and line pressure in all beverages, including beer, wine, alcoholic lemonades and mixed drinks. Even sodium hydroxide concentration measurement during CIP is possible! This makes the COBRIX3 best on-line beverage monitor in its class.
The powerful DAVIS software with Windows user-interface saves all measuring data and enables graphical and statistical analysis, also on other PCs via LAN.

The Cobrix3 Multibev on-line beverage analyser assists beverage producers in their aim to produce 100% in spec product. The system continuously analyses a small sample of the final beverage stream for quality parameters like alcohol, Brix/Diet, Carbondioxide, dissolved oxygen and other parameters like caustic concentration during CIP.
