Flownex is a 1D Systems CFD program produced by the South African company MTech and supported by the software distributors: ESTEQ Engineering (Pretoria, previously MSC-Africa). eDart Engineering Solutions uses Flownex to balance the dust extraction system in the automated diamond recovery plant at Debswana’s Orapa mine and to calculate pressure drops in an O2 line at BCL, both in Botswana.

eDart offers a short 3-day course in control valves theory which is presented by Mike Sessions. This course has been given internationally to companies such as Valve Solutions in England, Qatar Petroleum in Doha, Australia, as well as South African companies including Mondi, Sappi, PetroSA, Eskom, Mittal, etc.
Additionally, they coordinate, compile and facilitate the SAVAMA (South African Valve and Actuator Manufacturing Association) 6 month correspondence course called "Working with Valves" and "Working with Control Valves".
